Ethiopia Ardi 12oz

Grown in the Guji Region, near the town of Uraga, this lush and fruit forward Ethiopian is supremely picked and sorted, and then washed at the mill of Mr. Isreal Degfa. Ethiopian profiles are often floral and fruity, but this washed coffee also has excellent depth with a chocolate syrup texture, and a balanced acidity of lime zest, with fresh strawberries to round it all out.
 
This coffee is named for Ardipithecus ramidus, an important early human fossil discovered in Ethiopia in 1994 - to be 4.4 million years old. 
 
This is sugar sweet, vibrant, and tropical profile is delicious as a pourover or Aeropress!
